Charges

These terms and conditions apply to all assignments undertaken by Organised PA.

  • All rates are simple, transparent and cost-effective.
  • Hourly rate – the perfect option if you know you need help on an ad hoc basis.
  • Single Project – I can provide an all-inclusive quote following an initial consultation.
  • Clients will be charged to the nearest 30 minutes on all assignments unless agreed otherwise.
  • The charges cover the time spent communicating with the client by email or telephone and the actual time spent carrying out the assignment.
  • Any additional expenses or disbursements, such as stationery, telephone calls, courier charges, postage, packaging, photocopying, travel expenses, etc will be charged at cost price and listed individually on invoices.
  • Charges are reviewed on an annual basis.
  • Prices are not currently subject to VAT.

Invoicing and Payment

  • Invoices for work carried out on an hourly rate will be sent out with completed work.
  • All payments are payable within seven days from the date of invoice.
  • Payments may be made via BACS.

General

  • Responsibility for final inspection of the completed work lies with the Client. Any errors should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. Any error or omission generated by Organised PA will be corrected free of charge. Any other correction or addition will be charged at the normal rate.
  • All of our clients are guaranteed that their work is handled in a confidential and secure manner and will not be disclosed to any other party, directly or indirectly, nor will any information received from a client be used to benefit Organised PA. We are happy to sign any Non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement required.
